Frequently Asked Questions

  • First of all - congratulations! We are so excited and honored to be a part of your planning process.

Typically, we recommend that brides shop for and select their wedding dress around 10-12 months in advance of their wedding. This allows for newly-ordered gowns to be produced and delivered within a safe amount of time, and leaves 6-10 weeks for alterations.

However - brides with less time than that, fear not! Our Blue Label collection features dozens of in-stock bridal gowns that are aisle-ready, and can begin alterations process much faster.

  • Yes, we do require appointments for all Bridal Experiences. This is in order to give you our best, personalized attention and provide our best possible service. You can find our most current available appointments on our Book Appointment page.

If you are in the area and wish to stop by to browse or ask a question or two, that’s fine! We do offer walk-in miniature consultations (see our “First Look” Appointment over on our Experiences page) when we are available.

  • The number of gowns that you may try on entirely depends on you! Our Bridal Experience Appointments last 90 minutes, and we are happy to show our brides how ever many gowns she is curious to try in her time with us.

  • Due to the size of our showroom, we recommend bringing no more than three guests to your Bridal Experience appointment. If you would like to bring more, we recommend looking into our Upgraded Bridal Experience Appointment, as this will give you access to the entire store for your entire party.

  • We get it - life happens sometimes. Appointments that are rescheduled with 24+ hours notice will have their appointment fee moved to the new appointment without penalty.

  • We accept all major credit cards and cash.

  • At this time, we do not offer in-house alterations (but are actively looking to change that soon!). We can provide recommendations to talented local service providers who will make any changes that you need.
